From Route 1 take the South Smyrna Exit 114. Turn right and go north on Rt. 13/DuPont Hwy. At the first traffic light, turn right onto Smyrna-Leipsic Road. Proceed .1 mi. to the first driveway on the left. Follow the driveway .3 mi. to the parking lot on the left.
Wed, June 25, 10 am: Woodland Ferry & Nanticoke River, 5426 Woodland Ferry Rd, Seaford, DE 19973
Established in 1793 by the Cannon family, the cable-run ferry crosses the Nanticoke River west of Seaford and was part of a major trading center for locals and travelers.
